Sometimes there are businesses that impress you, sometimes there are businesses that don't. Some go out of their way to serve and others seem as though they don't even care. Most of the time as customers we easily complain about the later of the two, sharing with the world the irrational and sometimes infuriating things that employees do at businesses.
But today (yes, today) I want to brag on what I think is the BEST business in The Woodlands, Texas, if not in all of the United States. I went to a "fast food" restaurant today and before we got out of the car, it started to rain. Almost immediately after parking, an employee of restaurant was at our car with an umbrella to walk us into the building. After which he opened the door for us and continued on his way to do the same for other customers. The staff inside was just as friendly. Immediately greeting us and requesting our order which great big smiles on their faces. They double checked that our order was correct and let us eat. If we had to wait for our food, a young man would let you know that it would take a few minutes and let you have a seat. As soon as it was ready he would bring it right to your table. On our way out the door, the same employee was waiting to take us back to our car! UNBELIEVABLE!
